A friend and I are going on pilgrimage to Santiago from Winchester walking the entire distance of over 2,000km, except the channel of course lol. We are doing this to raise money for the very worthwhile charity Help for Heroes which helps care for wounded British military personnel from Iraq & Afghanistan, http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/ .
I have set up a website, through an agent reccomended by H4H, to receive donations; http://www.justgiving.com/horseyswalkabout .
Please be generous for such a worthy cause, I have set the rather optimistic target of £600 and every little helps.
