Please, help me to get information about Bayona's office

Dear pilgrims,
My name is Yulianna. I am going Camino del Norte in April 2019. And now I have some questions and cannot find answer... I will be thankful for your help.

I have the next plan:
I found a good flight for April 3rd. So I can be in Bayona and start my way on April 4th 2019. I was looking for Pilgrim's office address, and saw information that it will opened since Aprill 11th, 2019....
Can somebody tell me, is it true? Maybe somebody can give me some link to this office with its timetable and contact informations?

I will be so grateful for any help!
I need to know it now, because I have to buy my flight. And it will be perfect date for me to start on April 4th. But I want to know, that I can get my pilgrim passport.

But why not buy your Pilgrims's Passport aka Credencial through this forum? That way your Camino already started....

The cathedral staff at Bayonne will stamp your credential for you. You can of course purchase a credential there as well. If you go into the sacristy office for this look out for the statue of St. Jacques it's on one of the pillars. Look carefully and you'll see he's holding the shell in his hand.

I never walked El Norte but around April and Semana Santa most albergues will be open.
