I heard a good little St James "miracle" last night. A friends' mother, 80 years old, has cancer and needs a bone marrow transplant. The first doctors she talked to refused to perform the procedure on an 80 year old lady. Another doctor reviewed her file, and upon seeing that she had walked the Camino at 78, he agreed to do the transplant operation. People used to walk the pilgrimage seeking a medical miracle. Let's hope she found it.
