Pilgrim Passport from another country

La Rubia

Peregrina!
Time of past OR future Camino
Baiona - Santiago - '22; Pamplona - Burgos ('22?)
I walked with the APOC passport for my first Camino, then with the one from Ivar for my 2nd. For my third - Portuguese in late August - I'm thinking of either the Canadian (my husband is Canadian, and he is my roadie) or Irish (to honor my roots). Is that too weird? Does anyone do that?

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
I’ve not walked mine yet but have been researching this same question as I’m from the UK and there is a great society here that has their own which are accepted along the Camino. I can’t decide if I want to use Ivar’s or The British, or as my plans are, to save one for my second Camino with my son when he graduates

Buen Camino

I am Scottish. I have used Spanish credencials and a French one. Not a particular choice - just the one that was easiest to get hold of at the time. If you want to follow your international theme then go right ahead :-)

Perfect memento/gift in a presentation box. Engraving available, 25 character max.
I've received 2 credencials from the store on this site over the weekend - one came with a book order and the other came in a protective cover I'd ordered. Can't wait to get them filled with stamps.

We still use the Original 2007 issued in STJPP
We also us the one issued in Australia
We also use the one issued in Madrid
We use the one issued in Mont St Michel and also the GR65 from Le Puy

*** And nobody cares one iota when stamping ..........we also don't collect compostela's which makes it easy.
When repeating we actually take an old one with the most spaces available.
It is fun remembering cafes, bars and alberques

Yes. Do as you wish. It is funny because I hold dual citizenship and when i do a camino i always use my New Zealand passport although i have lived in the UK for almost 30 years. I think the credencial holds more memories for me so i try to use different ones. I recently ordered the book style credencial from Ivars shop and it is so beautiful. I am pleased i did.
All the very best and have fun filling your credencial.
Buen Camino.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

It’s yoir Camino do whatever you like!!!!!! Never worry about weird! Weird is soooooo entertaining!

For my Camino in 1989, I had the credencial handed to me in Roncesvalles. For my Camino in 2016, I started with the Canadian credencial. In Leon, that was supplemented by another one purchased from an albergue there (the same one that Ivar sends to you) when I realized that one credencial wouldn't be enough to hold all of the necessary stamps for the rest of the journey. As it was, I exactly filled two credencials.

For my upcoming Camino from Porto, I expect one credencial will probably be sufficient.
