The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
I haven't used one in Pamplona, but all those I have used elsewhere on Camino were excellent.
Maybe ask in a Farmacia or just use google maps. (Fisio)

I’m curious what issue you’re searching for a physiotherapist for. I was also told to find one in the area I’m in, but went to a massage therapist instead. I’m suffering with shin splints I think.
