I'm looking for physio recommendations in Logroño or nearby area. My knee has been flaring up for the past couple of days and I'd like to have it looked at before I continue as I don't want to make it worse. I'm using the anti-inflammatory gel, have been using the poles for support but it's still aching and now also my ankle starts to hurt. I'm going to a local pharmacy tomorrow morning and will ask, but thought to seek advice here as well. Thank you!
