Time of past OR future Camino
Currently in Burgos, started first Camino
Went to a hreat physio ... Clinica de Fisioterapia ... Javier Pena Florez ... Euro 50.00 cash
Friendly reminder ... listen to your body ... walk between 20 and 25 km ... if you do long days perhaps a shorter day in between will be good for the body ... people are starting to have problems due to the fact we have been walking for that long ... inlc me ...

Let us pick up your suitcase once you arrive in Europe....
...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

I went to see him last year! He was wonderful. Best 50€ spent!!!
I listened to him, took it easy. I also saw a physical therapist in Sarria as well… took another day to rest…
Made it to Santiago !

I think it was them…I can’t find it in my contacts…the therapist I had spoke English well… they had many people working there
