I recently was at an AA meeting and they were talking about the resentments (rancor, acrimony, indignation, annoyance, cynicism, scorn, malice, contempt, animosity) we so often carry like some much extra baggage.

In addition to the saying "One day at a Time" we also have the great metaphor "Drop the Rock". Yea Jeffrey packing light.
