When Costco runs out, try La Tienda , a US store/ catalog that sells Spanish jamon and other typical foods and products.. Even has a Camino gift package! Or if you’re in NYC, the Mercato in Hudson Yards, Jose Andres new tapas etc place..

At that price maybe just get a ticket to Madrid and eat it there???
(Vegetarians and people whose faith prohibits eating pork are off the hook...they already have their excuse...)

The Serrano ham is much cheaper ($100) and the one I usually see at Costco.
