This is great news! If my calculations are right, it’s about 27 km from Bilbao. And it’s a very flat stage. Casa Camino Antiguo Two dorm rooms with shared bath and 6 bunks each. Plus one private room with its own bath.

Quick question about the stage from Guardo - Puente Almuhey: There is an option 10A (por San Pedro de Cansoles) with 16.7km and an option 10B with 31.7km (por Velilla del Río Carrión). If you walked the Viejo from Pamplona to Aguilar de Campoo to join the Olvidado, and then later joined the Salvador at Buiza, that would only give you about 172km / 7 stages on the Olvidado itself. Would that be 'enough' Olvidado or would it be a shame to miss out on the stages before Aguilar and after Buiza? I have the impression that this middle section is the best of the Olvidado's mountain stages anyway, so maybe it is enough. Thoughts? Or maybe a better way to put it: to reach Aguilar...
