Hello fellow pilgrims!
I wanted to alert you to the publication of my new book, Following the Ancient Path: Body/Soul/Spirit Transformation on the Camino de Santiago. Following the Ancient Path is a body/soul/spirit guide for pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago in northern Spain. Unlike traditional pilgrim’s guides, this one does not propose to give specific route information, after all there are five main routes (with many alternative options) and numerous books written about those routes. Instead, structured around Joseph Campbell’s archetypal concept of the hero’s journey – separation, initiation, re-integration – Following the Ancient Path attempts to document how the Camino can and should be a journey of the body, soul, and spirit; a journey that encompasses both the inner and the outer experience. As such it gives advice for physical preparation, but also for soul work and contemplative practices that will turn the journey into a lasting transformative experience. Available in book and Kindle format on Amazon.com. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078VLRHQW/?tag=casaivar02-20
¡Buen camino!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
