Last week during Semana Santa I walked in four stages from Santiago to Fisterra. Maybe my post can be of some help to people here.
I prebooked some hostals ( to be on the safe side in this Holy Week ).

First and last night in Compostela.

Hotel Avenida, very close to Praza Galicia ( where the airport bus stops ) and the old town.

I can speak Spanish but staff speaks French and English too so this can be a reassurance for some.
Breakfast ( included in the price ) is only served from 8.30 on but there are lots of cafes around for early breakfast.
Price was 30 € for a single on sunday but on Good Friday it was 59 € but Semana Santa is high season.

Second night was in Negreira were there is a good choice : different albergues and hostales.
I chose hostal La Mezquita ( they also run an albergue in the same building ) : 28 € for very clean room with a more than decent bathroom and to Spanish norms an elaborate breakfast.
Lots of bares and restaurantes, supermarket and pharmacy too in this lovely town.

The third night I prebooked : Casa Jurjo at A Picota. Three k off the Camino. Owner picks you up with his car and drives you back day after.
Bit more expensive at 35 € but then the drive is included. Again very clean and comfortable.

Then I stopped at Cee where I stayed in a familypension , Pension Beiramar ( they also own an albergue further up the road ). 25 € for a single room with hot shower. They also provide a small kitchen with free use of some coffee, tea and biscuits.
More than lovely and friendly owners!!

My room was cheaper because at the back so no seaside view but I made up with that by walking next to the sea the next day!!

The pension at Fisterra the next day I prebooked.
Hostal Rivas, centrally located and quiet... Very clean again , familyrun and overall good facilities.
Again 25 €.
