Monbus tickets - do I need a QR code?

I purchased a ticket to Muxía from the Monbus website. The email confirmation has a link to “download ticket”, which takes me to a page on their website with my ticket details. However there is no QR code for the driver to scan - just some tiny type that has the date, route and confirmation number. The email mentions a QR code. Has anyone purchased their ticket from their website and then boarded without a QR code for the driver to scan? I don’t want to run into problems as I’m boarding.

If I have time I’ll see if I can stop at their desk at the bus station, but I don’t speak Spanish so not sure how much luck I’ll have with that. I’m leaving today so don’t have a lot of time. Thanks! (Just noticed the typo in the post title… don’t see a way to edit that)

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Look to the right on that email - there’s a link to “print ticket”. That generates a ticket with the QR code that can then be saved (apple wallet, screenshot) or printed for scanning later. It’s a terrible system. The driver will refuse you boarding without that QR. saw it happen yesterday

Once again the helpful people on this site have saved me time and trouble. Mucho gracious.

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-
Pilgrim House provides computer access and can print documents for a very small cost.

We ran into a similar situation yesterday. The driver has the name list so he accepted us without the QR code however he sternly told us to have it available next time.
For our next trip, I downloaded the ticket and took a screenshot (saved it in my photos) to show the driver. buen Camino!
