We didn't visit any microbreweries, but we did drink plenty of craft beer. We found it at various bars along the way - usually the bottles were displayed on the bar, so we'd just look for beer bottles that weren't the normal offerings.
I still have a can in the fridge from my last Camino. Ready to pop it the night before I leave in 2 weeks.I know I know, nothing to write home about but I always get a rush when I see the first sign:

In the top of my backpack I always have an emergency rations can stashed. Pop the top and the world looks much better!BTW, I always put a can of Estella in each boot in my bag and open one when I get home and one before I leave the next year. Traditions last.
Four Lions is awesome. Really enjoyed the beer and food. Randomly started a conversation with the master Brewer and he took us on a tour of their setup in the old catacombs under the building. Heading back in 2020 and will for sure be stopping in there. In Leon, really close to the cathedral.... I really enjoyed http://www.fourlionsbrewery.com/edad/
