Only a few weeks ago we had over 25c temperatures in Santiago, but this has changed due to a cold stream of air coming down east of the UK and it has hit us right in the face 
Santiago has had sun and 12-13c the last few days, O Cebreiro saw snow yesterday.
Is this normal? I would say no, but it should be planned for... it is not that strange. Remember O Cebreiro is located a over 1000m altitude.
