Not sure if this has already been addressed here; in any case, the castle at Manzanares el Real on the Camino de Madrid is now closed to visits and will most likely not reopen this year.
Reason: the castle has returned to its owner, the Duchess del Infantado after the lease to the municipality expired on January 5th. The Duchess is currently negotiating a new lease. Until this happens, and it will take a while, you will not be able to visit the monument.
