We've used both Tuitrans and Top Santiago (on different trips) and found both to be satisfactory.
 
I have used Caminofacile and they are absolutely the best!! Website caminofacile.net/en. Reliable, friendly, you can book from the website's drop down menu. I highly recommend them.
 
Get a Spanish mobil number + data while on the Camino
Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I used Tuitrans without any problems in 2018. Booked my transfers online.
 
And I used Pilbeo successfully for all stages Porto to Santiago in September/October this year
 
If you are going to do the Spiritual Variant, pick your baggage company carefully, as they don’t all cover the variant.

Is there s company that you recommend for the Spiritual Variant?

I have a friend who is planning an April Camino Portuguese and may need luggage transfer.
He is planning to walk the Senda Litoral from Porto to Vila do Conde, then cut Over to the Central route. He also wants to walk the Spiritual Variant.
 
Another vote for Caminofacil - used them twice on Portuguese including Spiritual Variante... they are so efficient and totally reliable.
 
Camino Way markers in Bronze
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
