Please can anyone help? I am looking for luggage transfers between Ribadesella and Aviles. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Check out the Spanish Correos transfer service; they cover the Northern way. See more in English on this web.

They pick up and deliver almost everywhere and the price is roughly 5 euros per bag. Every albergue has the Correos instruction tag/envelope. The first time that you want to use them ask the hospitalero for help. You can book using your phone.

It seems they only do the western part of the Northern Way. Do they also provide from San Sebastian to Bilbao?

The section re Booking Engine on their web states that they do cover San Sebatian to Oviedo.
