There is a big free lot at the base of the hill right off the N-VI, called San Roque. Truckers and RV owners make use of it. It is patrolled by local police, but it's not "secure parking" in the airport manner of speaking. Astorga's not a high-crime area.
The one Reb mentioned would be my choice too. I always used it when I went to Astorga to do shopping. Lots of space.
