I don't think anyone will be able to give you a reliable answer. Not enough precedent to judge. Personally I think it is very likely that the VF will be exceptionally busy this year. Since the opening of the Holy Door in St Peter's on December 24th more than half a million have already passed through. Only a small percentage of this year's Jubilee pilgrims will be walking the VF but accommodation along the route is far more scarce than on the Camino Frances or Portugues. It would not take much of an increase to fill the available spaces.
