We left Castro outside Dumbria this AM to go to Muxia. Yesterday a bar owner advised it was her last day for the season. Today, we ONLY found a tiny bar open in Dumbria, NO OTHER SERVICES until Muxia. For those on the route plan accordingly.

I’m in Albergue Cabanel in A Grexa, which is past Dumbria to Muxia, and although it looks like I’m the only one here, they are serving food. There are, however, few options.

I walked to Muxia in mid November. Only the Xunta albergues were open - but they are a delight - and there were other services on those towns.
From Dumbria I walked straight to Muxia and ate my lunch under someone’s car port to get out of the rain. Having come off the VDLP, I was in the habit of always carrying food with me so it was not a problem - but might be a bit shocking for anyone used to a bar or shop every 5-10 Km.

Not sure if you’re only referring to municipal albergues and their attached restaurants, but there seem to be several small hospedajes to stay along this route that include dining options. I personally enjoyed an overnight stay as well as a nice meal at Restaurante Pension Plaza in the small village of Quintans.
