Yes indeed it is! A source of information, motivation, and inspiration for planning your first Camino. Then when you've completed your Camino, if you've been bitten by the Camino bug you'll come back to watch others plan whilst you wait for the Camino to call again

Peregrinos

Some of you may recall Nicholas Burridge, who died in Santiago de Compostella on 17th April. His Funeral Service will take place at Worth Abbey on Friday May 3rd at 2.30pm, and interment at Turners Hill. No flowers please, but instead donations to Outreach Peru, Worth Abbey, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 4SD.
He had considerable presence, his rich silvered beard making him instantly recognisable, even at a goodly distance. He had a great love for the Camino, matched by deep knowledge and appreciation for the wines of Spain. Not long after being widowed, at seventy four he completed the thousand km Seville route, leaving a record at http://www.friendsofperu.org.uk/p.php?id=40.

The site has a number of hyperlinked sections, each with images and commentary of his Camino experiences, with particularly striking self-portraits in the last two sections.

May he rest in peace
