Found myself looking at the weight of a tube of toothpaste today in a store and then came home and started looking at the weights of the things i'll need to take with me, my jar of moisturiser is 70 gms alone but it is in a glass jar so that won't be coming with me!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I have been on the Camino twice now and found that the back of my hands get very leathery and uncomfortably dry. And being fair, my face suffers too, even though I use a 60 spf sunscreen. So last year I took a 1 oz tin of bag balm which weighed 40 grams. I could use it on my feet as a lubricant and also on my face and back of my hands where I caught the sun. It's a bit sticky like a petroleum jelly, but did the trick. I also took a tiny travel-size flat container of Nivea which weighed about 20 grams. Remember you can always replenish along the route.

Alternatively, you could buy a small, and super light Naglene-type container (about 10-15 grams) and scoop some of your moisturizer into it.

Re Ramblers helpful link to lightweight items.
If you go to Boots the Chemist or any large photographic outlet you can get discarded canisters for films for free. They are lightweight and will take any number of creams ,gels etc,
 
Be careful not to get too maniacal about the weight of items. I threw my pillow(!) away on the fifth day because it weighed 4 oz. My jacket didn't make a good substitute.
