is the disposable sheet 100% protection against bedbugs

in most albergues on the vdlp we were issued with a disposable sheet and pillow case
i never met a single dreaded bug in my 6 weeks of pllgrimage
and i nearly hyperventilated every time i thought of being bitten by these disgusting critters
.
? is the sheet adequate protection

We will pick up your luggage, send it to Santiago and store it for you (2024)

Let us pick up your suitcase once you arrive in Europe....

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

No, but the disposable sheets gives them a good foot hold!
