Buen camino, all of you. I have no idea about how you can watch your game. Why don't you ask your gaa local reps? Or write to the head of RTE?Hi we will be in Pamplona on 28th July. We are Irish mostly from Armagh and would like to know where best to watch the all ireland gaa football final. Any Galway pilgrims walking too. Would love the atmosphere. Thank you

Thank you I will doMaybe contact the people at Bar A Novena Porta?
We will be able to watch it online but we would love the atmosphere off watching it with other pilgrims. Thank you so muchBuen camino, all of you. I have no idea about how you can watch your game. Why don't you ask your gaa local reps? Or write to the head of RTE?
Might give him some relief from other pressing issues!
Seriously, if I can find an answer I will get back to you.
Thank you so muchI just asked a local who will follow it up. I trust @SabsP though, to offer a good link!
Thank you so much. It’s not very often our county is in the all IrelandI have just spent about a half an hour trying to 'reach out' - how I loathe that expression - to anybody here in Dublin under the GAA umbrella, to see if they can direct a link to any pub/bar/hotel in Pamplona. The nice guy in security in Croke Park did his best but basically, he has got a script and cannot deviate from it. So, let's wait and see who can find the link for you. Try your home gaa group...Anyway, just switch to tennis!
I just did a quick google search ‘Irish pubs in Pamploma and… there’s one called Dublin House, another called Shamrock. You can take it from there….Hi we will be in Pamplona on 28th July. Thank you I’m waiting in a reply from Dublin houseI just did a quick google search ‘Irish pubs in Pamploma and… there’s one called Dublin House, another called Shamrock. You can take it from there….
Writing to the head of RTE may work.....but paradoxically, in the past, writing to the head of BBC did.Buen camino, all of you. I have no idea about how you can watch your game. Why don't you ask your gaa local reps? Or write to the head of RTE?

Yes I remember going into one of these in 2017. The guy was Irish/basque as he kept on telling us. Great pub with excellent tapas and beer. Just can’t recall which one but hey. Try em both. Thank you so much really appreciate all your helpMy friend wrote the following:
"This is the only Irish pub that I have found open the 28th of July. I am not completely sure, but I talked to them and they said me that they could tune the TV channel if is a free one. I think the match is offered in Eurosport, so probably it will work to see the game."
Cervecería Paddy's Corner
After San Fermin, a lot of places take a couple of weeks holidays, so you are lucky that this one will be open. Good luck!
Thank you so muchI finally paid proper attention to your actual request. Next Sunday, not today. Sure, you have tons of time to bribe a pub guy to tune his tv...
Above, someone said the owner of one of the two pubs is Irish/basque. Interesting blend...I can't even promise to watch on your behalf, all 6 McCs, as I won't be sure to be home from the St James's mass in town...I hope you all arrive safe and sound in Pamplona and rarin' to watch.
Right at the moment I am "abroad".Hi we will be in Pamplona on 28th July. We are Irish mostly from Armagh and would like to know where best to watch the all ireland gaa football final. Any Galway pilgrims walking too. Would love the atmosphere. Thank you
We watched it on our phone no where showing it. Brilliant result and great achievement, meant so much.Last piece from me on this thread! I hope you saw it in the pub.
Congrats, people. I caught the end, incredible testimony to long years of : if at first you don't succeed...
Very very close great endingWell. It couldn't have been closer.
Congrats to Armagh.
My grandfather is dead 34 years...... He may have become more philosophical by now.

To the 5 or 6 however many you actually are - Be careful, watch the ground below your feet, if you want to arrive safe and sound in Pamplona tomorrow! Did I already say, my only sport watching luxury is Wimbledon? However, I know the energy levels in this tiny island rise far more than whatever exponentially really means, whenever a football or rugby or hurley ball are involved. Aren't you envious of @timr?
Not really. He will be in a very civilised environment. You will be in a Cerveceria.
Not The Shambles. See? I know your town.
Do post something afterwards, and wishing you and your county, and the opposition, the very best of luck. Then, onwards and upwards, on your pilgrimage to Santiago.
