I walked last year and it was so incredibly wonderful. I had to make adjustments to complete the walk in my timeline. Everyone in my family's lay is so proud of me. They think I am amazing. I would just like to walk every step.

"I need to do it again." :) I've been saying that since I got back from my Camino in 2013, plus I want to do it better next time. There are just too many things going on in my life right now, not the least of which are some family commitments. I've already done my hospitalera training and, as soon as the opportunity arises, I'll be off to the Camino again like a shot.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
...it is so painful to make that flight from west coast USA--but thankfully, I can do it.

I will be in Scotland walking the W. Highland Way in August, and sincerely am grateful for that opportunity as well.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).

I will have done BOTH this year! I just got back from 17 days of walking CF, also!

My husband's patience is certainly stretched...

Bless their hearts, as they say in the southern states! They work hard to run the ship while we are gone, and because we have a small farm, the quantity of chores for my husband was pretty over the top. To compensate, I am working overtime and double-time, and have hired a yard worker to help me with our ten-acre yard (it's beautiful, but boy is it a lot of work).

I'm also doing all the grocery shopping and cooking. Just about the time I have him fattened up and happier, we should be hopping on a plane for Bonny Scotland.
