You will have to start from Lugo where the ALSA bus line has 4 buses a day going to Villafranca del Bierzo. Sarria to Lugo is half an hour on http://www.monbus.es and the Lugo to Villafranca journey is about 1 hour 10 mins. http://www.alsa.es
You cannot go directly from Sarria to Villafranca, but you have three options for where to change:
Sarria to Lugo to Villafranca
Sarria to Ponferrada to Villafranca
Sarria to Bebimbre to Villafranca
Go to this website, http://www.movelia.es/venta/asp/index.asp, plug in sarria and villafranca del bierzo, and you will get those three options. Then to see what the specific schedules are, click on the little bullet button on the left hand corner next to each option, and then continue on the top right hand side, and the different times and prices will come up.
The Lugo option is the quickest and shortest, but the others are possibilities as well. Buen camino, Laurie
