I have to fly out of Santiago to Madrid the 14th of August. I'll be in Fisterra for three days prior to that. Can anyone give me some information about the bus that goes between Fisterra and Santiago? How long the drive takes, how much, etc.

Thanks!!!

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!

Sweetlee,

The bus service from Fisterra to Santiago is Monbus. Here is a link to the Monbus schedule.http://horarios.monbus.es/. Click por Parada, Desde Fisterra, A Santiago, Ida your date and hit Buscar and you will see the time and the length of the journey for that day..

In Fisterra the bus leaves from the lot on the side of the municipal albergue. You can buy your ticket on the bus.

By the way in Santiago at the Galician Tourist office located at 132 rua Vilar you can get a useful listing of all the services on the camino from Santiago to Fisterra and Muxia. The multi-lingual staff is most helpful.

Buen camino,

Margaret
