Holy year, special credential and snow

Ivar: Thanks again for your wonderful videos, they give us hope and a view of what we miss. However, I don't want to be Mr. Negative, but under the circumstances, i have a question. Why is the Pilgrims Office still open? If the goal of stopping traffic into Santiago and limiting business is to deter the spread of CV19, doesn't having the Office open encourage people to travel to and from???

Thanks for the update, I have to agree my plans for May seen to be drifting away for now so I guess I need to have my plan B ready just in case stay safe
