Has anyone used insoles/inserts/arch pads for the Keen sandal Newport H2?

I use 3/4 raised arch support in my boots, also, I have the Keen sandal you mention.
I do not see 'why not' to your question (good idea). You may have to add some "shoe goo" or similar to keep them in position, I added a small dab even though the support was under my insole ( support inches forward as you enter shoe ).

Or secure them with a couple of bits of stick on Velcro so you can still remove them if you wish.
