Hello all,
I am attaching a list of towns & albergues on the Frances which I have modified by highlighting (and adding) vegetarian friendly spots in YELLOW. If you have any recommendations or corrections, I' d greatly appreciate it. I'd love to end up with a complete list. Thanks!

Edit 12 Dec 2016: I've updated the list to include heartofthecamino and akinderway spots. The list continues to grow!

On my Camino this year, I asked the waiter if the lentil soup was vegetarian.
He replied "I will take the bones out for you sir".
Only in Spain.
:p:p Be careful what you ask those waiters; they'll get you every time!
