Help with a guide on Neoreader

I am not technologically savvy and frequently get help here from those who are. Here's the latest problem.

The Ruta de la Lana has a wonderful guide (at least that's what we think, but we can't read it) online free for everyone, but it has those little square boxes with all the squiggly black marks. I have learned that I need "neoreader" and "dropbox" to read it. What would be immensely more helpful would be to be able to read it, not on my phone, but at home on my computer, and maybe even print out some of it. Our little conversation so far hasn't attracted any high tech eyes, so I thought I would start a new thread.

Here is the link to the guide: http://www.decuencaasantiago.es/Caminos/

Here is the thread where we are struggling to figure it out. https://www.caminodesantiago.me/community/threads/guidebook-of-the-lana-advice-needed.47063/

Fingers crossed that the "neoreader" in the title will entice some tech savvy forum members to open this thread and offer to help us poor struggling idiots.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
From a geek point of view it's a cumbersome and misguided way to do it. Nobody uses QR codes. But here you go:

Go to https://online-barcode-reader.inliteresearch.com/ after downloading the .pdf file to your computer.
Check the QR symbology and click "Read."
Go to each of of the URLs for each of the city guides and download from DropBox (you don't have to install it).
That'll download a PDF for each city onto your computer.

Use your geekery on translating them from Spanish.

If time is money, I'd seriously consider buying a guidebook instead. :)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.
