Guide to the Piemont Route?

Hello everyone. I am planning to cycle from Narbonne Plage to Irun and then on to SdeC via the Norte in August/September 2019. Does anyone know of a good guide to the Piemont Route in French or English? One with cyclists in mind would be perfect though I realise this is less likely. I cycled the VdlP from Seville to SdeC last September so have some experience of a less trodden Camino. Any other thoughts or advice would be much appreciated.
