Considering options to transport a group of 15 pilgrims from Santiago Airport to Sarria to begin their Camino in May ? Are there private hire firms that offer this service. Thanks folks

I love trains, will take a train in Europe over anything, even if it takes longer. I’v never looked at the route from Santiago to Sarria but it can’t be long and a train is a bit easier on the body and for me the mind.

It takes considerably longer by train than bus - you have to change trains in Ourense.

Just looked it up, 3 1/2 hours at 29 euros. Add a bottle of wine and call it 40 euros and a big smile Still love trains and yes wine
