Gronze Maps app in the Apple Store

Time of past OR future Camino
2021
3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Downloaded it with iOS and cannot stop playing with it! Great maps, nice display of lodging options. Would love to see the interface in English (my apologies if there's an option to switch it to English, I could not find it), but it's so intuitive that it's not difficult to use as-is. Well done!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Love it! Thank you! Is it supposed to be possible to press the "info tab" at the bottom right side of the lodging page? I guessed that it was supposed to be a "link" to the hosts page, or more info on Gronze, but nothing happens when I try to go there.

Hello Milena,

Thank you for informing us of a malfunction in the app. The rush to release it on iOS has meant that we have not seen this error. We are imperfect humans...

The technician tells me that it already works in the new installations, and in the reinstallations, and, possibly, although it is not certain, in about 24 hours without doing anything.

Thanks again and Buen Camino.

Gronze is only in Spanish, I'm sorry. But, as you say, it is very easy to use.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

That's not something you should feel any need to apologize for. Those of us who have been aficionados of the web site have learnt a lot of useful Spanish, or learnt how to use the Google browser, Chrome, or the equivalent iOS browser, over the years. I, for one, thank you for that.

Reinstalled the app and it works! Thanks!

Just finished stage 26 of the Camino de Levante in Toro today (ending tomorrow in Zamora and connecting to the VdlP). I could not have done it without the Gronze Maps app. I can't tell you the number of unmarked crossroads and forks in the road that I've encountered along the way, not to mention navigating into and out of the larger cities. Although there are a few areas where the map for the Levante does need a bit of updating, it has been an invaluable tool.

I can say there do seem to be significant improvements from when I first tried it on Android. At the time, I remember thinking that, while it was nice, I didn't see significant improvements over the website, which I was used to using. So I just kept on with the website. I will certainly give this a try on my next Camino.
