We were planning to fly to Paris from Dallas, is ther a train to st. jean

Take the train from Paris to Bayonne and transfer to the shuttle train to SJPdP. There are up to 5 trains a day. A search of the SNCF site will yield some Paris to SJPdP trips with connections that match.
