General Strike in France from tomorrow

A General Strike in France which will impact French Air Traffic Control on Tuesday 19th October. The strike action will cause flight delays & some cancellations for flights operating to/from French airports and those that overfly France. You are advised to check your flight status before you travel to the airport.

Another problem is the gasoil/diesel: in much places the stations are empty or you may only fill your tank with max. € 10 per time.

Further: lorry-drivers have some actions on the autoroute where they block the A1 and A6 ( Lille-Paris and Paris-Lyon) or drive very slowly with 3 trucks side by side.
