from Pau to St. Jean Pied de Port

Holoholo automatically captures your footpaths, places, photos, and journals.
You don't say if you want to walk or ride, but you could do both by taking a bus from Pau to Oloron-St. Marie, then walking the Chemin du Piemont to St.-Jean-Pied-de-Port.

Hi there,
If your flying into Pau, theres a bus from the airport into the town.
The train station is quite central and trains go from here to Bayonne.
From Bayonne, you take another train straight to St Jean.

Cost wise, the whole journey will cost €21

Trains leave every 3 hours.
Journey time is just over 3 hours.
You can search times http://www.tgv-europe.com/en/

Hope this helps

Train for your next Camino on California's Santa Catalina Island March 16-19
Thanks by bus will be better for me, so could you tell me how much cost the ticket for this bus from Pau? And how often they runs?

Hi, if you have time though you could walk from Pau and follow the Camino Aragonese to Puente le Reina - it would be a quieter route to take this year! Cheers, janet
