From Lugo or Sarria to Triacastella?

Hola!! Does anyone know if there is public transport to get to Triacastella? I was going to start in Sarria but would really like to lengthen my days a bit, so Triacastella seems a good place to start with first night in Sarria? But any idea how to get there? :?: Checked monbus and the empressafreire sites to no avail. Plan to start on Monday 17th

It states times of buses in PDF format if you click the link for buses to "PEDRAFITA DO CEBREIRO"
There are not many. Maybe take a taxi?
