Im needing to get from Italy to St Jean Any advice on the quickest way to get there Thanks Gwen NZ

By helicopter, of course! :lol:
Check out flights from Genova, which is the nearest airport from Cinque Terre in Italy.
You may find a flight to Barcelona which connects to Pamplona and ground transportation to SJPP.
Otherwise check out trains/buses from Genova to Biarritz/Bayonne.
