Hello Everyone. We are announcing English speaking AA and Alanon once a month now, last Saturday of every month. Next meeting is Sept. 29, 12 to 1 AA and 1 to 2 Alanon. I have attached the flyer with phone numbers if you have more questions. We have 25 meetings in Madrid and pilgrims were asking us to open them here so we said yes! Bendiciones.Spencer.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Thank you very much for this information. For those of you who are not familiar - AA is a self help group for alcoholics, and Al-anon is for family/ friends/carers. I am making the announcement a sticky.

Thanks @Mark Spencer Reece for sharing this information. I'm sure this will be a very helpful service in Santiago. I wonder if it might be useful to change the thread title to include 'Friends of Bill' - e.g. change it to 'AA/Friends of Bill and Alanon ....' or something like that. This might make it easier to find for those using the search-term 'Friends of Bill.'

@Kanga Just a suggestion - could this post also be pinned at the top of the 'announcements from Santiago' sub-forum?
