If you download iTunes onto your computer, you can go to their podcast section and get FREE podcasts from Inspired Beginners Spanish.

These are EXCELLENT podcasts. For some cash, you can go to their website and get the hard copies of the transcripts but they are not necessary. They begin at the beginner stage, then progress into intermediate and further.

Highly recommended. I've learned a LOT of Spanish from just downloading these onto my iPhone and listening during the day.

Coffee Break Spanish offers free podcasts that are not Idevice specific. They are quite good for beginners and as a language top-up.
