Free Mobile Internet in Spain between June and September 2014

I have not checked it out thoroughly.

All the booster units are already reserved for the month of June.

It's a little mobile hotspot device apparently. You register and nominate the date and place you will collect it from, presumably only from a Spanish town. As I'm doing the CF in September from St Jean I nominated to collect it in Pamplona (postal code 31001). Apparently I will get an email 20 days before my arrival telling me where in Pamps I may collect it. You drop it off after 15 days then it is re-allocated to someone else.
