Forum and digest question

My email was hacked several months ago. I apologize if it created problems on the forum. Ive since changed email adresses and I'm not sure how to continue to receive the daily digest in my new email. It's probably very simple. And, I walk. Not a whole lot of time monkeying around on computers.
Help anyone?
