I hiked it in 2018. See my small videos 1 and 2 of my camino de Santiago 2018 on my youtube channel : he.panpub . I think it's fantastic. I loved it so much !!! They way and the people are beautiful. It was such a great walk. We have a blog/our journal about it.

Mostly along the coast, fair amount of sand walking. There are cheap youth hostels along the way but book ahead, especially if it is summer. I finished at Cabo St Vincent then walked into Sagres and then got a bus to Lagos. I stayed in Lagos then got the bus back to Lisbon.
