El puntal to Santona?

Hello could Im doing the camino del norte and are currently in Laredo
My questions are how do i get from El Puntal across to Santona is it a ferry ride or fishermans boat and how much does it cost, if so is there set times?

Excursiones Maritimas Santoña to El Puntal Laredo. Looks like the boat picks up at the point on the beach. Hourly 0900 - 1900. 2 euro.

Also found Ferry between Somo, Pedreña, and Santander. Website doesn't show where to catch the ferry ... but Pedreña has small harbour at North end of town. Somo has a jetty at the west end of town about 1/2 km South from the beach.
