E-bikes on the Camino Coastal

We are doing our second ride of the Camino Coastal. Last year we did regular mountain bikes from Coimbra and it was brutal the first couple days. This year we are leaving from Porto and riding e-bikes. Just a question about mileage on a fully charged e-bike......I'm assuming on the flat or almost flat, say up to Vigo, we can ride in eco-mode and get good mileage from a fully charged battery. Probably a bit less in the last 3 days from Vigo-Pontevdra, Pontevedra-Padron, Padron-Santiago. The first few days will be mileage between 15-27 miles, the last 3 days 15-20. I was rather assuming there would be times when we may need to charge the batteries while we are having lunch, grabbing a beer or whatever (at a cafe, gas station, bar). Has anyone ridden e-bikes on this route and might provide their insight?

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
On flat ground, with a 500Wh battery, you should get about 65miles/100km in eco mode.
In mountains, depends on how much and how steep you're climbing.

The OP asked a question related to their planned Camino. Other posts have persisted in waylaying the thread into a discussion of a different question - whether e-bikes "should" be allowed on the Camino.

We can't have protest posts on every thread that mentions e-bikes. Similarly we can't have protests about bag transport or hostal reservations every time someone asks a question about those items.

I will delete all the posts that do not address the OP, on the basis that they are off-topic for this thread. I would just move them to a new thread except that they don't make a very coherent discussion.

If someone wants to start a thread in the Bicycling on the Camino section of the forum, about the difficulties of e-bikes sharing the Camino paths with walkers, that would be a fair topic - but only as long as the discussion remains respectful (Rule 1) and does not tread on Rule 3 or any other rules.
