I am not tech savy, so please help me how to download the app maps.me, and the map of the area from Santo Domingo de Silos to Burgos. Also, how can I get the right .kmz file and load it into the app? Thank you so much.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Hello VPANAMA.....after you have downloaded the maps.me app then at the bottom of the screen you will see 3 small horizontal lines ...tap on these lines once and a menu will appear on the bottom half of the screen.......tap "download maps ".......then tap on blue and white PLUS button at the bottom of the screen ........scroll down to and tap on SPAIN......you have a choice of 25 local maps .......for your area of interest , you need to download both the " Aragon " map and the "Castille and Leon" map .

Hope this helps you

Regards............John

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Many thanks, John and Rick, for the information and suggestions. I will do as you suggest.
Regards,
Victor

A more easy way to download the right map can be: after opening maps.me just zoom into the area you want, keep zooming, then the app will ask if you want to download the map ot that area.
For KML or KMZ: go with your phone to e.g. to the resource area of this forum, choose a kml/kmz file you want, after donloading your phone will ask how to open it, choose maps.me.
Buen Camino!

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
