Well I hope she is okay. However, Dutch police seem to take it rather seriously. I have mailed them and suggested them to check if she has arrived and stayed in the Roncesvalles albergue on either thursday of friday.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Very strange that they worry already about her not arriving in Pamplona after 3 days. That would have been Saturday evening. Within 24 hours, the police are looking for her. Asking if someone has seen her. Why not ask Diny to call home?

I hope all will be well and that it only took her longer than expected.

Fellow countryman / pilgrim spoke on Saturday with Diny in between Zubiri and Pamplona.

"Ik heb gisteren al aan de Telegraaf gemeld dat mijn vrouw en ik Diny tijdens de tocht hebben leren kennen. We hebben haar voor het laatst gesproken op zaterdag tussen Zubiri en Pamplona. Was kort maar gezellig."

" I already told de Telegraaf ( dutch newspaper ) that my wife and I met Diny during the Camino. We talked to her for the last time on Saturday . Was short but nice."
This pilgrim also stated that with the long Pentecost weekend Pamplona was fully booked and lots of people continued to Cizur Menor. As Diny might have done too.

Hopefully good news: Acording to Funs Patelski, Dinys brother, 2 pilgrims met Diny several times, last time yesterday between Zubiri and Pamplona, where she was fine. Lets hope for the best!

No worries, I'm sure Diny will be most surprised when she hears about all this :) There could be another explination, like losing her phone and not being able to buy a new one because of the long weekend.

...and ship it to Santiago for storage. You pick it up once in Santiago. Service offered by Casa Ivar (we use DHL for transportation).
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
