A "Tourigrino" trip once Covid has passed, so 2023
There was a thread on where to buy equipment in Porto a short while ago and Decathlon seems to be one of teh few stores in the city.

We arrived at Porto airport needing to buy poles (bastões de caminhada in Portuguese) and found the Matasinhos Decathlon easy to get to.

Come out of the terminal walk straight ahead to the line of bus stops and head to the right a bit.

Catch the 601 bus to bus stop NÓ FREIXIEIRO (8 stops from the airport, €1.85); cross the road, walk around the roundabout and Decathlon is just ahead of you.

When you're finished back to teh same bus stop, 601 to CORDOARIA (end of the line also €1.85) takes you to the city centre.

Hope this helps

This information is now out of date. The 601 has been re-routed and you now get off the bus on the east side of Decathlon at INFANTA D. MAFALDA.
